What good is free speech if no one speaks out? Well, what are you waiting for? Turn up the volume!

This page serves as a directory to forums, blogs, newsgroups and similar online resources that give you a chance to speak your mind. It is divided into four sections. The first section features a table that simply lists various forums, with a little additional information. The second section suggests specific forums (or subforums) for discussing specific Invisible Republic websites. The third section offers still more detailed recommendations.

The fourth section is reserved for miscellaneous comments about forums.

If it sounds confusing, relax; it should be very simple once you look at it.

Note: This page isn’t finished, but there’s more than enough information to keep you busy for a long, long time. :)

What specific subforum would probably be most appropriate for discussing a particular Invisible Republic website?

Many forums are divided into subforums focusing on particular topics, such as international politics, national politics, elections or education. The table below is designed to function as a shortcut for finding forums that focus on a particular topic that interests you.

However, please keep in mind that 1) I haven’t explored all these resources in general, and 2) they can change at any time, with webmasters adding, deleting or merging forums.

Democratic Underground—This famously flaky website banned me, officially for criticizing liberals, though I think it was really because of my continuous attacks on the corrupt National Education Association, which is a pillar of the corrupt Democratic Party. In fact, I think DU is corrupt, too, yet it remains one of my favorite websites. Why? First, it boasts a wealth of ideas and information, some of them good. Second, it offers an unusually good arena for studying propaganda and manipulation. If DU isn’t blatantly corrupt, then it’s certainly heavily infiltrated and manipulated.
